MuvMi is my first full-time working company since I graduated from Pol-Sci and it’s been more than 2 years now. When I was a newbie here, I need to adapt a lot, I needed a tremendous of hardworking and a strong dedication to the work I took responsibility for while the company offers flexibility to manage my day. I feel growing up a lot, I am now a person who loves to learn new things and love to challenge myself and learn to have empathy with other people. I’ve joined MuvMi since Aug 2018. For me, being part of MuvMi is a very unique experience and I could feel this since the interview phase.
I feel that MuvMi is constantly improving. Working at MuvMi each year is different. In 2018, we were a very small company where everybody had lunch together almost daily. In 2019 we were scaling up slowly, with around 30 people at the company. Then it became more than 50 people and now that we reach around 100.

The reason I decided to join MuvMi is because I like the startup environment and I think I will be able to learn and try to work on many different engineering projects and also learn more about other things e.g. data, and business area.As a startup company, there are a lot of challenging projects for me to work on and I am really proud of the project I have managed. In the meantime, the company also provide learning and opportunity to everyone in the company with a clear career growth and provide training e.g. 3D CAD Software to support your growth as well.
